PhillyNORML is the Philadelphia chapter for the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML).
Mission Statement:
"PhillyNORML's mission is to educate the public about Hemp and Marijuana (Cannabis) Politics. Provide understanding about the negative consequences of "modern day prohibition" and the benefits of alternative policies. We provide a catalyst for the public to express their concerns to elected officials in order to empower and engage our constituents in the direction of new opportunities"
