Watch the full video below above! The Philadelphia City Council posted video from our hearing in the Law and Government committee on March 10th. The bill discussed would end mandatory custodial arrests for possession of small amounts of marijuana in the vast majority of cases. We are currently awaiting a new date for the full council vote on this bill.
