According to http://www.legis.state.pa.us/WU01/LI/CO/HM/COHM.HTM, Rep. Oliver has scheduled the next HHS hearing on HB1393. All patients and advocates who are able to attend are urged to do so. Patients, physicians, nurses, medical professionals, or law enforcement officers who wish to testify should contact Patrick Nightingale (patrick@pittsburghnorml.org), who runs PittsburghNORML and is also on the board of Pennsylvanians for Medical Marijuana.

This hearing was scheduled with pretty short notice, but it's the best chance to make this bill move forward before the end of the session.
