• Discussion - high volume - This list is for general discussion among PhillyNORML members. Anyone can send and recieve messages in this forum. This is a great place to meet peole and discuss thoughts on Philadelphia's marijuana laws. To join email address and click on the image below.

PhillyNORML board members must join the special board mailing list. This list is not open to the general membership and can not be subscribed to in the same manner as the other lists. If you are a board member and need to subscribe send an email to info@phillynorml.org.
