This can happen to anyone who chooses not to perpetuate the war on drugs by avoiding drug dealers and supplying him/herself with Marijuana. What would you do if it were you, or a family member?
This is a ridiculous waste of resources to incarcerate, for up to 20 years, someone who chooses not to buy marijuana from problematic drug dealers which taxpayer money goes toward funding/fighting in the War on Drugs. (please Google the Drug War cost clock for an eyeopener).
The man is not allowed to say he has MS, or that he used marijuana to alleviate his symptoms. But he has to swear on a Bible to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, and is being denied that right at his Trial. See/check also the John Stossel report about a man from California, who moved to OK, and is being harrassed by OK officials because he didn't serve as much probation as he would have if he'd lived there when caught.???????
