The Philadelphia Public Record ( @phillyrecord ) has endorsed HB 1393 in their Aug 13 edition. Can't copy and paste due to it being a Flash newspaper program, but you can read it at

They go a step further and mention that it is only a first step towards what we really need, legalization/regulation.
