Video from marijuana decriminalization hearing (SB 5615)
SB 5615 would change pot possession of 40 grams or less from a misdemeanor to a $100 civil infraction. It was heard by the Senate Judiciary last Tuesday (Date unknown). The video has many funny moments, and that doesn't include Pam Roach's frequent displays of general ignorance. (The opposition continues to use the debunked "Gateway" theory, and I assure you the more Conservative State of Pennsylvania will use
all the disproven claims to deny use in any capacity, even Medical use. Supporters of Rep. Cohen's HB 1393 should write/call the Health and Human Services Committee and their own Senators and Representitives both State and Federal; in support of the pending Federal Legislation.)

I pray it at least makes it to the floor for a vote in Pennsylvania for Medical Use. Decriminalization would benefit the state financially and should be considered as well.
