Hello everyone-my name is Ryan, I'm new to the board and was wondering if someone could help steer me in the right direction.

I have always felt strongly about medical marijuana as I saw growing up how it helped my mother who suffered from multiple sclerosis. Having grown up with a parent who used for medical (and I'm sure psychological reasons) I  never even knew that pot was illegal until I got to 7th grade health class.

I have recently been to an alternative medicine doctor who practices traditional Chinese and ayurvedic medicine as well as herbal medicine.  I sought him out as I have been suffering with chronic hives for the past 3 years which has greatly affected my quality of life.  Western medicine only made my condition worse.    As part of my treatment I am on a very strict diet in which I can't eat any carbohydrates.  I've found that this diet is making me depressed.

I'd like some guidance on where to get some info about using medical marijuana for treatment of depression or if anyone here has found success.  If so would you be willing to share your experience with me?

Thank you and I'll look forward to hearing from you,
   Ryan

It works wonders.  I have a small family history of depression and recently I was diagnosed with adult onset epilepsy for which the medications are downers and make my depression much worse.  Of the four strains I have right now: white rhino, sensi star, og church, and yumbolt, as well as any strains I've tried in the past, work wonders for improving ones outlook on life.  That being said, if you are new to marijuana there is a small adjustment period to get used to the effects blink eat grin rolleyes azn azn azn azn azn
