Is it true that all babies are tested for drugs, including marijuana, at birth, particularly in Pennsylvania?

I very much doubt it. Never heard of such a thing. Maybe if the mother looked like a crack addict? I know they use to test the mother for Syphilis.

They would only do it if they suspect the mother was doing drugs, or the baby has some kind of defect and they may have suspected it came from the mother abusing drugs. That's really the only reason why they would do it.

Our son was not tested, and we did not consent.  INteresting question - does THC cross the placenta?

babies aren't tested in central PA but MOM is...mine was! Dr. made sure to tell me there was THC in my body.  I did cut back.  But still used small amounts with all 3  healthy smart children!
