40 yrs of Cannabis Experience & Persecution

I guess enough time has passed to protect those who need to remain unknown, and reveal how Chester County deals with some marijuana cases.  A few years back, a Chester county builder/developers son got busted growing thirty (30) plants, and dealing (distributing).  Well rather then face a felony like the rest of the common folk, the kid received an ARD (deferred sentence), where others who have been caught growing less plants, have been treated somewhat differently by being charged as distributors and felons when the misdemeanor level for cultivation is ten (10) plants or less and as far as distrubtion, 30 indicates that more then ten.  Now word has it that the developer made a nice contribution to the Chester County Republican Party, the boys who run things or used to run things in the background.  Its time the feds spent some time looking under some rocks in Chester County rooting out the corruption rather then chasing down a few marijuana smokers, medical or recreational.

Just a little tale of yore!!!!   joint peace
