I am in the beginning phases of forming the NORML of Bucks County, Pa. Chapter and am in need of 4 more qualified board members. I am in need of a Deputy Director, Secretary, Treasurer and Communications Director. If you are a current National NORML member and have a degree and/or experience that can relate to one of the above positions, please email me at dilks1208@gmail.com  I will get back to you immediately and of course keep all info. confidential.

Sincerely,

D

Check with Doc or any of the other fine folks on the Philly NORML board, and they should be able to run you through the process.  I think all you really need is 5 people total to start a local chapter, so start asking around for friends and family that may be interested. gthumb

Dave, you might want to post online using social networks or other online organizing, that makes things easy these days.
We can post a message to our membership and networks to see if anyone in our channels is interested.
Other spots also work like local businesses that have bulletin boards. when i got involved i found a flyer in the basement of wonderland, the head shop in Philly.
