This news article is out of the times leader in Wilkes-Barre. What pisses me off is why isn't his name posted? If you or I were even within 500 feet of an illegal drug we would be under surveillance for the rest of our lives. Always a double standard when it comes to law enforcement. Did'nt Dessoye speak at that anti-cannibus rally in Wilkes Barre a month or so ago? Yea.... I'm sure he'll look into it. The best way to cover it up!!!!!!!! Sorry for the rant but it make my blood boil!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sheriff: Drugs found in deputy's vehicle
WILKES-BARRE – Luzerne County Sheriff John Gilligan said drugs were found in a deputy’s vehicle Wednesday and the matter is being investigated by Wilkes-Barre City police.
Gilligan said he received a call while he was in Hazleton Wednesday morning and he directed Chief County Detective Michael Dessoye to look into it. Dessoye recommended the matter be turned over to city police to avoid any conflict of interest.
“That’s all I know,” Gilligan said. “When we have more information, we will release it.”
Gilligan did not indicate where in the vehicle the drugs were found.
Maybe he's one of those meth dealing cops. There are a lot of them out there. They think of it as supplemental income.
