According to Newark Star-Ledger, Gov. Krispy Kreme ( I like that) seeks to delay implementing NJ's MMJ program- already passed into law- for up to a year, siting "logistical concerns" regarding registering patients and dispensing pot. this is simply stonewalling. NJ Dept of HSS has been offered assistance from Coalition for MMJ in NJ. to no response. Even when you get the law passed if some fat ass politician wants to deny your right to feel well. he'll do it. I'm so pissed off, I can't hardly write. We're gona be in the closet for a while yet people- Who wants to go to CA with me?

Then the patients of New Jersey need to say screw the state and start growing.  You can not trust the government.  When will you people learn that.  You can only trust it when it is again run by We the People, not by them the politicians.  Christie pulled a big one on the patients in New Jersey.  I predict a single term.  Does Jersey have a recall process?  Protest and demand immediate access to medical cannabis from where ever.  joint peace

My two cents.  Smoke it if you got it!  The strong stuff!

Don't any of you folks know how a government works?  Did you all somehow skip civics class?

Governor Christie asked for more time.  He can't wave a magic wand and do so.  I find it awfully curious that nobody seems to have mentioned Nicholas Scutari and his submitting a bill to grant an extension.  I wonder why?  It's not like when the chief sponsor of NJ's medical marijuana says that HHS is acting in good faith, that they're treading new water and deserve a little more time that it's important at all.   rolleyes

Blame the retarded program itself.  Am I the only one who could see this coming a mile away, with a centralized government grow and distribution program?  It's not like governments are known to do things efficiently.  What did you really expect?

If the bill allowed for personal grows patients would have harvested already and be starting their second run.

Quietus is right. If they'd included home growing to begin with this wouldn't be a problem. We can use this in PA to show exactly why patients need to have that freedom.

In New Jersey its pay to play with the politicians and no body was/is spreading enough to go around .  They wrote the worst law in the country.  peace joint

update:  You patients in New Jersey have just been screwed royally.  Just like old Ben's son William was a Tory and governor of New Jersey, the new governor and the bill's supporter have pulled a similar stunt.  Try and stall the revolution.   Bad, bad, bad.  Bad for patients and bad for politicians.  joint peace
