CHUCK HOMAN SHUTS DOWN MEDICAL MOVEMENT BLOG, BLAMES JEFF SPANGLER
His message:
Thank you to all those who blogged positive, supportive, and educational posts. This part of our web site was meant for a support for all those out there suffering or know of someone who is suffering and would benefit from the use of medical marijuana. It was never intended to have a few spew negativity and use it as a forum for their own egos, so therefore, this part of our web site will be closing. Jeff Spangler came up to me at the April 20th event at the Harrisburg capital last year and said he was a friend of Chuck’s from grade school and that he wanted to help. Chuck asked him to look up information for him and then he offered to maintain the web site for us. He posted information Chuck asked him to, and some HE felt should be posted, but it was all voluntary on his part to help with the “movement”. We had numerous supporters asking us why Jeff was taking over the web site. Since we are the one’s who set up the web site, we decided that it was time to thank Jeff for his “help”, and let him know we no longer required it. He couldn’t stand not being in control of OUR web site, which Chuck started to educate folks and to show all those who would like to do something rather than sit by and watch our government take away our civil rights that there is someone out here that is willing to stick his neck out. (I know, Jeff, that was probably not a properly formed sentence. We are just simple, plain spoken people trying to make a difference.) We invited him in to our home, fed him, and offered him a bed to sleep in, and friendship. I’m not sure why he cannot just go on with his life, but feels the need to act despicably. For the short 2 ½ months he “helped”, it sure feels a lot longer and we could have done without it!
With friends like this, who needs enemies!
Jeff, please use your time more wisely in supporting HB 1393 and SB 1350 instead of trying to spite someone who is actually DOING something about it, unless you could really care less about it.

When it comes to Jeff Spangler there is a lot that I could say however, I am going to speak the truth about the statements that Jeff has said about me. In regards to all of his attacks on me personally, the truth is the things that he said about me apply to him.
In regards to all of the other things that he said about me, I will now address the truth about them...

As for me and my team
I am going to continue to educate the public through marches & protests as well as lobbying at the appropriate times. All those who sincerely by their actions want to do something positive can join me in these activities. I have a two-fold plan one part of which I will need 150 people to pull off successfully late in the fall. Please contact if you would like to be a part of the first part of the plan. The second part of my plan is for inside members of the movement and is not public information for obvious reasons. Anyone who thinks that I do not have a plan doesn't know me. YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH
It's not surprising to see you've opted out of robust discussion of the issues, including your own credibility and sanity, by shutting down your comments page. Blaming me for trying to "take over" your website is a crock and missates the truth that you declined further help, and when you refused to take down my copyrighted material, I started attacking you for the fraud you are. My template for letters is still up and should be taken down, as well as my laboriously compiled list of legislators if it's still there. The information is public but the compilation took a long time and is my work.
You suffer from severe mental disorders and can't take constructive advice on press and political matters where I offered my extensive experience. You expressed gratitude for my assistance on publicity and lobbying, but now Chris Goldstein gets all the lobbying credit and you say you could have done without my help. All you want is the "right" to keep scoring your CA bud and illegally shipping it back to PA. Be careful what you say at trial if you testify because you are not immune from federal prosecution for those trips.
You are a bully and a liar who is headed for jail because you're a marijuana addict who is powerless over your addiction. You need a shrink and traditional Big Pharma meds more than you can appreciate, and a sentencing judge will impose that help for you. I'd love to help the DA send you up, and will consider offering my assistance.
To the extent that your comments are defamatory, you should tone them down or risk legal action. To the extent that my comments are true, they are protected speech which you can't effectively fight with more speech, only your petulant refusal to engage in dialogue. Good luck with your insanity charade. I hope to attend.
