and speaking of flyers...

i think we should produce a flyer template.

tim seip is a rep from my area. he sat on the committee and seems to be on our side. i called his office and have not got a callback yet...

anyway, the flyers i am thinking about would be flyers that say that, for instance, mr seip backs medical marijuana for pennsylvanians, etc, and going to the local colleges and handing them out to students before the next elections for the rep seats.

the dems got all the kids to register for the vote when they were pushing obama so the students are ready to vote without having to register. this seems like a huge, untapped resource for us. it would be like rock the vote...action taken by the same youths that everybody is so worried about. who knows...maybe when the churchladies see the kids voting and promoting for HB 1393, they will stop being so 'loving' and not fight so hard to save them from us!

i think we should map out the colleges by which rep in the area is pro-1393 and get the leaders of tomorrow on our side. the strength is in the numbers and if the elks can influence the committee by saying how many kids they helped (which is a roundabout way of tallying votes of the parents of these kids, in theory) why don't we get the kids to help us? i know they want to. it comes up in open forums all the time. the kids are frustrated and have the power.
